Application

NKXSAL-Ftn is an armored and shielded railroad cable, which can be used as a fixed installation cable indoors as well as outdoors. The cable provides good protection against rodent attacks and other mechanical challenges.

Mechanical Design

Conductor: Solid copper RE class 1 according to EN60228
Insulation: XLPE.
Screen: Aluminium/polyester tape
Inner sheath: Thermoplastic halogen-free compound
Screen: 2 layers of galvanized steel tape, with overlap.

Thickness: 0,2mm.
Outer sheath: Thermoplastic halogen-free compound, UV-resistant, black.
Conductor colors: White leaders with black numbers.
