Warehouse Manager – 11-04-2024. Start up as soon as possible
We are looking for a positive and practically oriented warehouse manager who thrives in a varied position, where regular warehouse work is combined with administrative management tasks. It is important that you are able to balance between when it is necessary to take the lead and get the tasks done on the floor, and when the administrative tasks need to be done. We are driven by sales and known for our reliable delivery power, which means that the task of making day-to-day operations run smoothly is the primary task for our new warehouse manager.
Our warehouse is facing a lighter digitization process to make inventory management more efficient and minimize errors. The new setup is clear, but we are looking for the person who can ensure a well-oiled implementation and that the subsequent day-to-day operations run smoothly. It is therefore an advantage that you are somewhat IT-savvy and can navigate digital platforms. You will also get to work with stock management in our purchasing system.
As warehouse manager, in collaboration with our two directors, you will manage tasks regarding the personnel area, such as time accounting, coordination of holidays and general personnel care in various guises. If you are to succeed in this, you are by nature an empathetic and embracing person who can handle different personalities.
Your primary tasks:
- Inventory management in our CMS system
- Receipt and packing of goods
- Cutting and rewinding of cables
- Unloading and loading of cable drums
- Booking of special transport and contact with freight company

About you:
- You have leadership experience and are good at delegating

- You are a skilled warehouse worker (you have a forklift license)
